Serial number 4636791 is a 2021 Piper M350 with 458.0 hours since new on the airframe, engine and propeller, delivered in November 2021 and maintained by a Piper dealer from the first 50 hour inspection on. It carries two upgrades a buyer would otherwise have to pay for: the 2 Days' Wings extended range fuel caps, which take usable fuel from 120 to 140 gallons, and the Malibu Aerospace M-1 engine cooling kit. The owner is moving up to a turbine with 11 Aviation, which is why a low time, one owner [VERIFY] M350 is on the market. Every number here comes straight from the records.
Skytech, the Piper dealer in Westminster, Maryland, did the 50 hour inspection in February 2022 and every annual through March 2025. AirQuest Aviation in Butler, Pennsylvania did the June 2026 annual at 419.8 hours, so the next annual is not due until June 2027. Oil has been changed roughly every 25 to 50 hours with an analysis sample each time. In September 2026 the charging system was renewed with a new number one alternator, a new Concorde main battery and both alternator control units replaced. The records are complete and open. In September 2024 the airplane took a bird strike to the left nose cowl. The cowl was replaced, the engine was removed and serviced at Columbia Aircraft Services, the propeller was inspected to the Hartzell procedure with no defects, and the airplane returned to service in March 2025. A left wing tip was repaired and painted in January 2024. Full entries are in the logbooks on the website.
The Lycoming TIO-540-AE2A is original to the airframe with 458 hours against a 2,000 hour TBO. The Hartzell three blade propeller is original as well, with new de-ice boots in March 2025. Up front is the Garmin G1000 NXi with the GFC 700 autopilot and electronic stability protection, a GI 275 standby, dual GDC 72 air data computers, dual transponders (GTX 345R with ADS-B In and Out, and GTX 335R), the GMA 350C audio panel and the pulse oximeter display that watches your oxygen saturation on the MFD. Pitot static, altimeter and transponder certifications were done June 3, 2026 and are good to June 2028.
The M350 is the only pressurized piston single still in production, which is why clean, low time examples hold their value. This one has the equipment that matters: a 5.5 psi cabin for an 8,000 foot cabin at 25,000 feet, PiperAire air conditioning, speed brakes, AmSafe airbag seatbelts for pilot and copilot, emergency oxygen, a CO Guardian detector, an airstair door, a separate aft cargo door and six leather seats in a club arrangement. Any remaining factory warranty must be verified by purchaser.
Annual inspection completed June 2026. ADs researched through the June 2026 annual with nothing open. Piper service bulletins 2000A, 1364A, 1390 and 1404 and service letters 1131A, 1135, 1183, 1280, 1286D, 1304A and 1314 are all complied with. ELT battery is good to December 2027.
