Serial number 193 is a 2016 Kodiak 100 Series I with almost every option that was available on the Series I platform, and it is a one-owner airplane: delivered new in 2016 and flown by the same owner-pilot ever since. It has about 852 hours on the airframe and the original PT6A-34, and it is the kind of Series I that is hard to find, because 2016 was one of the first years the TKS tank could go in the cargo pod and the first full production year of the original Summit interior. This one has both, plus the tables and cabinets that make it a fully configured executive Summit. Every number here comes straight from the records.
The paint is one of one. The current owner had the airplane custom painted after delivery at a specialty shop: Matterhorn White on the bottom, Titanium Pearl on the wings and upper fuselage, and two pearl golds for the trim, all under a full clear coat. It has real ramp appeal without being a dark scheme that bakes in the Florida sun, and because the edges are cleared over there is none of the chipping you normally see at paint lines. The clear coat can be buffed and polished to look this good for years, hangared or not. The interior has held up the same way. With about 852 hours and one owner it is in great shape, and it is the full original Summit with the fold-out tables and the cabinets behind the pilot seats, ready to go as an executive airplane the day you take delivery. Extra loose equipment, including the cargo net, conveys.
The panel is the three-screen Garmin G1000 with the factory GFC 700 autopilot, GDL 69A SiriusXM weather, WX-500 Stormscope, GTS 800 traffic, GWX 68 weather radar on the right wing, a 406 MHz ELT, and ADS-B Out with the GTX 33ES transponder. The engine is the original Pratt & Whitney PT6A-34 with the four-blade Hartzell propeller and the full 750 shaft horsepower. Being a Florida airplane it has dual-zone vapor cycle air conditioning, and it has the 29 inch tire option (landing weight equals takeoff weight), the Type B nose fork that closes out the nose fork AD, and the 115 cubic foot ten-place oxygen system, which was optional in 2016.
The records are complete from the factory forward and every annual from 2017 through January 2026 is signed off. Maintenance has been done mostly by factory service centers and well qualified Kodiak technicians in South Florida, and all ADs are complied with. One item to know up front: in February 2025 the airplane had a propeller strike in Costa Rica. It was repaired the right way, with an FAA certificated repair station handling the work, the engine power section sent to StandardAero for the Pratt & Whitney propeller strike light overhaul with a test cell run, a brand new Hartzell four-blade propeller installed in August 2025, and a new left outboard wing skin installed per the Kodiak Structural Repair Manual at the January 2026 annual. It has flown about 15 hours since. The net result for the next owner is a fresh power section, a nearly zero-time propeller, and new structure on the left wing, all with 8130-3 tags and repair station releases in the logbooks, which are on our website for download.
The last annual was completed January 16, 2026, so the next annual is due at the end of January 2027. 11 Aviation is built on four pillars: brokerage, acquisition consulting, aircraft management, and training.
